Return & Refund Policy

At Dhaage, every product is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Return Eligibility

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by customers

  • Minor variations in color, size, texture, or appearance that naturally occur in handmade products

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items

  • Sale items or gift cards

Each piece is individually handcrafted, making every product unique. Small variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

As our products are handmade and often created specifically for each customer, we do not offer exchanges.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. However, personalized and custom-made products are exempt from the EU cooling-off period and are therefore not eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun.
